At Fabric Export, we take pride in delivering quality ethnic wear to your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Return terms below.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Incorrect product received (design, size, or color mismatch)

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom stitched or tailored products.

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our support team via:

  2. Share order ID, clear images/video of the issue, and a short description.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (Only for INDIA if serviceable) or ask you to ship the product back.

  4. For International Shipments CUSTOMER HAVE TO COURIER it at Our Store Address INDIA, No Reverse Pickup service is Provided for International Orders.

  5. All return and dispatch shipping charges for international returns are Paid by the customer.

  6. Customers must ensure proper and secure packaging while sending returns.

Refund Policy

 

1. Refund Availability:

  • Refunds are provided only for products that are unavailable after order confirmation.

  • For damaged or defective items, we provide: Replacement, or Store Credit with lifetime validity

2. Refund Timeline:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once the refund is completed.

3. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment or store credit, based on your preference.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only for damaged or defective items, Piece-to-piece replacement will be provided after verification.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Reverse shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount if pickup service is not available at your location.

  • Fabric Export reserves the right to reject returns if the item fails to meet return eligibility criteria.
