    Fabric Export is a Wholesale (B2B) Trading Company. We supply products exclusively to retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, resellers, online sellers, exporters, and other business buyers.

    We do not sell products on a retail basis.

    We provide shipping services across:

    • All States and Union Territories of India
    • International Destinations (subject to shipping availability and applicable regulations)

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

    3. Order Processing Time

    Once your order and payment are confirmed, we begin processing your order.

    Estimated processing time:

    • Standard Orders: 1–3 Business Days
    • Large Wholesale Orders: 3–7 Business Days

    Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, seasonal demand, or public holidays.

    The courier service used will depend on the destination, parcel size, and service availability.

    Within India

    • Approximately 3–7 Business Days

    International Orders

    • Approximately 7–21 Business Days

    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation delays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    6. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location
    • Parcel weight
    • Parcel dimensions
    • Courier service selected
    • Order quantity

    Shipping charges will be communicated before dispatch or included in the order confirmation where applicable.

    7. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the shipment tracking details via WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed communication method, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

    8. Delivery Address

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.

    Fabric Export shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

    9. Delivery Attempts

    Courier companies generally make multiple delivery attempts. If the consignee is unavailable or unreachable, the shipment may be returned or additional delivery charges may apply.

    Any re-shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.

    10. Damaged Shipments

    Although we take every precaution to pack products securely, customers should inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.

    If you receive:

    • A damaged product
    • A wrong product
    • A parcel with visible damage

    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

    • Order Number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the packaging
    • An unboxing video (recommended)

    This helps us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

    11. Delayed Deliveries

    While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Fabric Export is not liable for delays caused by:

    • Courier company delays
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Customs inspections
    • Transportation disruptions
    • Public holidays
    • Events beyond our reasonable control

    12. International Orders

    For international shipments:

    • Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their respective country.
    • Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or local government fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
